Governor of Karbala, Eng. Nssiaf Jassim Al-Khattabi has welcomed  Wageningen University & Research and ICRA Organization/ Netherlands and a number of  six Iraqi universities including(Salah al-Din University, Mosul University, Anbar University, Kufa University,  University of Kerbala and Basra University). 

He stresses on the importance of cooperation between University of Kerbala and the province so as to reach the required level. The participantes comment on the uniqueness of the province and University of Kerbala as well in relation to different fields.
