Gender Equality Unit/ University of Kerbala holds a workshop with Directorate of Agriculture / Karbala which is entitled “Reclamation of Desert by male and female agronomists with Support of Directorate of Agriculture”.

    It is presented by Dr. Nawras Ameer Muhi and Asst. Lect. Hussein Ali Norri.  They talk in detail about the most salient projects done by Directorate of Agriculture / Karbala in cooperation with Local Government of Karbala Governorate to green the city and helping male and female farmers to face the obstacles. They also explain the use of harvest residues as food for animals and the use of solar cells
